Shark's eyes narrowed. Usually that was all it took to scare off whoever dared to annoy him, not that he ever stopped there. He usually went the whole nine yards and took a limb with him. He'd do that later, he promised himself, after he used his services.
"It's your job to find everything else." He didn't want him to know that he knew nothing but the man's name, so he bluffed his way out of it. That and the fact that he'd be able to learn if the man was more of a money-man or a hunter. If he was a hunter, he'd probably have to eliminate him sooner than he wanted. They always had a tendency to try to even out the odds instead of just going in for the bloody kill.

"Well, then I will be off as soon as we land." Evan said.
Anyway, Evan was pretty sure that Shark was going to leave him. That was good. Once he found this Gregory, maybe he could arrangez a double deal. He knew a few herbs that made people look good and dead. Get the money from Shark, kill Shark, get the money from Gregory.

"Well, then I will be off as soon as we land."
And dead before you get back on, he thought as he nodded to hide his sneer of triumph. For the rest of the journey, he'd learn this person's moves and later, ask around about him. He always liked knowing something about his victims before killing them - preferably a weakness that he could taunt them with seconds before lopping their head off. He grinned at the thought of what treasures he'd find about the man. But first...
"What's your name boy?" he grunted with a sneer.

"That's for me to know and you to find out, Sir." Evan knew info gave leads, leads gave informants, and informants gave weaknesses.
Evan skirted around Shark, entering the stairwell and bounding up to the deck of the ship. Feeling that he had enough talking, Evan bounded unto the prow of the ship. Evan looked out on the boundless ocean, feeling it reflected his state of mind right now.

Shark held back the urge to slam his axe home in the assassin's back as he moved past him. He needed him for just a little bit longer. He grinned visciously then, already able to feel the thrill of the kill. The unknown assassin would put up a great fight he wagered, but not great enough. In the end, he'd fall - just like the rest of them.
And he would find out the man's name as soon as they landed in Teutlandt. He was still docking there of course, best not to let the crew think of anything suspicious and there, he would begin his own quest.
