Evan7,
First of all, welcome to Halt's Playground. We want you to have fun here. However, we have some problems with your character...
You cannot use the name "Will Treaty"
Will Treaty is the main character in the books and that makes him a "cannon" character. If you read the rules, you would have seen where Cannon characters are not allowed.
Have you read the rules???
Please go and read the rules and guidelines before you post anything, if you have not.
You need to change this character's name to something that is not a character in the books. Make something up.
To do that hit "modify post" at the top of your character above. A box will open up and you will be able to type in a new name for your character there.
The sword is really strange - Tandar may want to make a call on that. I don't see a forger being able to create a sword that is half bronze and half silver (due to the high melting point of bronze and the low one of silver) unless the silver is just inlaid over the bronze. Besides that, this sword would get nicked all up and break when it goes up against steel swords (which are much harder metal than bronze or silver which are both very soft metals).
I don't really have a problem if you want to have a flashy sword like that, but just so you know that it would be an inferior weapon compared to steel swords that most people have. Now you could have a steel sword with one side inlaid in bronze and the other inlaid in silver with gold designs or something. You would not want the sharp edges done in gold because gold won't hold a sharp edge because it is waaaayyyy too soft. (Sorry - I am a welder and work with metal every day - probably too technical here, but just wanted to give you some reasons why what you are thinking may not actually be that great.) Anyway, I will leave it to Tandar to decide if the sword is ok as you have it. If you don't hear anything from him on it, then assume it is ok.
If one of the knives is a regular standard issue ranger's saxe knife, then it will not fit up your sleeve. But you could have two throwing knives stashed, one up each sleeve if you wish. You can have that in addition to the standard ranger double scabbard of a throwing knife and a saxe knife. Your sword would have its own scabbard. Your description wasn't exactly clear about that, so I was a bit confused. Perhaps you could clarify it when you go back and modify your character's name.
Other than that he looks good. History and personality are fine.
Please change his name and we should be able to approve him.
Thank you and again, welcome to Halt's Playground !

I agree with Brandwyn on the sword for the reasons listed above. Again, we're not going to stop you from having a sword like that, but we would like you to be aware that those metals, especially gold, will not stand up against standard weapons. Like Brandwyn mentioned, you may want to modify that to be a very ornate steel sword with silver and gold decorations or something. I look forward to roleplaying with you. See you on the boards!

You mentioned that his double knife scabbard is concealed in the sleeve of his robe, but he also wears a Ranger cloak on top of that. Is this correct? Also, since Ranger's generally don't carry swords, you need to supply some background information as to why Gaelin is allowed to have one.
