Don't be tired when you do it. Don't actually fall asleep. Just convince your body that you are. It's a hard thing to do.

Sounds like what I do for meditation. *grin* I half-sleep in that time and it's a whole lot easier to form the dreams the way I want them...as long as I don't fall asleep! lol. :-)

The idea is that if you can lie completely still with your eyes closed, breathing normally, your body will believe that you are asleep and induce the natural paralysis that generally happens when the body falls asleep. It does this so that you don't roll out of bed and crack your head (doesn't always work, lol). It is believed that once the paralysis is set in and you're still awake, your mind is free to roam the astral plane. The only fear would be to "wake up" early and not be able to move because the paralysis is still in effect.

That's the easy part. It's the 'stepping out of my body' part that has me stumped. *grin*

lol. Two nights ago was fantastic. We actually won. ^-^ lol. :-) Usually it always ends with us still running/fighting for our lives. lol. :-) Man, that was a great night. lol. :-) ahahahhaha. ^-^
Oh, right. That probably doesn't help you at all. lol. :-) Srry, I have a tendency to only speak *****[my name here]*****anese when I'm excited. lol. :-)
Two nights ago was a nightmare of the usual kind, but this time I was smarter [ie - I accepted personal defeat/offered someone else part of the responsibility]. We won. *grin!* We managed to not only stay alive, but force her away. lol. We won! ahahahahhha.

Eh...sorta. It started out as...talking about what happens in our dreams but I'm afraid we tend to birdwalk.[get off topic]

Hmmm, sounds strange.
Though I remember that dream two nights ago. I was shaking hands with this girl and she started speaking in German and then she took a camcorder and started chasing me around. I told her to stop in Japanese lol, which made no sense to her i guess.

Um...okay, let me try this again Cutebabys [srry. lol. :-)]
Ja know I have nightmares every night, ja? Well, three nights ago, I had one, but we ended up actually suviving instead of everyone getting slaughtered. We won. Never happened before. It felt good. lol. :-) [Is that a better explanation? O.o?]
