"It wasn't much..." Emily said, turning to look at the group of knights. "Alright! Saddle up and let's get going!" She yelled. Armored knights began to mount their horses, and Emily looked back at Skylar. "I'll ride double with her, unless you'd rather have her mounted on a separate horse?"

Skylar shook her head vehemently and glared at Sue. "No, she will ride double with me or you the whole trip. I don't trust her. She'd probably find a way to free the horse from one of us and gallop off. I don't really want to take that chance." She mounted Lucky easily and patted his neck. She took a deep breath of the fresh crisp morning air, even though she had just arrived at the castle she was glad to be out and about doing what she did best, keeping the kingdom safe.

"OK," Emily said, glancing from Skylar to Sue. "You want her, or shall I take her with me?"
Sue sighed and rolled her eyes. "I can ride on my own, thank you," she said sarcastically. "I don't need to be carried like a toddler learning how to ride for the first time."

Skylar opened her mouth to answer but Sue got to it first.
Sue sighed and rolled her eyes. "I can ride on my own, thank you," she said sarcastically. "I don't need to be carried like a toddler learning how to ride for the first time."
That sent Skylar over the edge. she edged Lucky closer to the bandit girl and replied calmly. "Oh don't worry," she paused reached out with the lighting reflexives of a warrior grabbed the back of Sues shirt heaved her up and over so that she was laying face down in front of Skylar her face at close range with the horses front leg. "We won't carry you like a toddler." she said finishing her sentence a note of satisfaction on her voice. She turned to Emily. "Shall we go?"

"We shall." Emily said, moving to mount Dancer, a smirk playing on her features. "That should shut her up, what do you think?"

Skylar allowed one corner of her lip to turn up in a smile. "Perhaps for now it shall. Later on we might have to gag her or else I just might kill her." Skylar still had her sword out and she laid it nonchalantly over Sue's back. "I wouldn't move to much if I were you, this sword is pretty sharp. Sharpened it myself last night, we wouldn't want you getting hurt."

Emily watched silently as Skylar put the sword across Sue's back. "Maybe you shouldn't. We do need her in once piece for King Duncan and Crowley after all."

Skylar sighed a little but nodded. "Perhaps your right." She placed her sword in the saddle scabbard that hung off of Lucky's right leg. Emily was right of course, there were many things that could happen in which she could accidentally decapitate the bandit. However enjoyable that would be it would not accomplish what they needed to do. Besides he did have a dagger in her belt and she could pull her sword free like lightning.

Emily nodded and stared straight at the road for a moment before looking back at Skylar, a smirk on her face. "Although, I wouldn't mind it too much if she ended up getting decapitated along the way. Its another thorn from my side, really."
Sue glared at the horse--which was really the only view she had, unless she wanted to take the risk of giving herself vertigo by looking down. She replied sourly, "I would mind! I like my head where it is, thank you!"

Skylar nodded. " I know exactly what you mean."
"I would mind! I like my head where it is, thank you!"
"Mmm I'm sure you do. You are lucky I am so nice otherwise I would relieve it from your shoulders with pleasure. Maybe then you'd people wouldn't go around killing innocent villagers for the fun of it."

"We don't kill people!" Sue protested. "At least, my gang doesn't. We still from the rich to give to the poor. Some people actually appreciate it!"

"We don't kill people!"
Tell that to the man at arms wife and child and explain how no beating heart is still alive. YOU DID kill people. Just because someone is a solider doesn't mean they don't have family's.
"At least, my gang doesn't. We still from the rich to give to the poor. Some people actually appreciate it!"
Skylar just sighed heavily, she really really hated people like sue. She decided the best response was silence so she ignored sue and looked around them carefully watching the sides of the road in case there was an ambush. The clop of hooves on the ground and the jingle of harness filled her ears. Some of the men talked but in low voices, Skylar had a feeling that this was going to be a very long journey.

In the forest someways away from the small group, Much pointed at Sue. "Kate, that's her!" He muttered. "But how are we going to get her out of there?"
Emily frowned as well and shrugged at Skylar. "Those men she killed were Olivia's men-at-arms." She scowled. "They didn't need to die..."

In the forest someways away from the small group, Much pointed at Sue. "Kate, that's her!" He muttered. "But how are we going to get her out of there?"
Kate nodded. "I see her. Oh great." she muttered she noticed Skylar was among the soldiers. "It's HER, the lady warrior she will give us a lot of trouble. I've heard of her oh what was her name again? Something with an s or a a or something. I've heard she's as good as the knights at the castle in Araluen. Hmmm I don't think we should barge in on them I think a stealth mission might be better what do you think?"
Emily frowned as well and shrugged at Skylar. "Those men she killed were Olivia's men-at-arms." She scowled. "They didn't need to die..."
Skylar decided not to think about the men and the fact that they were dead it would just make her angry and she didn't want to lose her temper. Instead she devoted herself to her surrounding looking at the trees in front and behind them as well as the road looking for any sign that bandits might be lurking somewhere close by. " Ranger Emily? How long until we are out of these woods?"

Much nodded. "Lets head back to camp."
Emily looked around for a moment, thinking. "I'd say a day or two, depending how long we take."
