Much nodded. "Lets head back to camp."
"You go back to camp I'm going to keep my eye on them. I'll follow them at a safe distance make sure you tell Captain that we have a ranger and a very qualified knight to deal with." Kate pulled her dagger out of her belt just in case she needed it and started walking after the group on the road.
Emily looked around for a moment, thinking. "I'd say a day or two, depending how long we take."
Skylar sighed heavily and shook her head slightly. "So long? Surely the woods can't be that big can they?" she didn't like the thought of being in the woods for so long. Normally she wouldn't mind but since they had a famous bnandit with them the stakes were higher. Anything could happen.

Much nodded and quietly slipped through the trees and made his way back through camp. When he got there, he slipped through the entrance, looking around for Robin and the others.
"Robin! We've found her!" ******
"We are moving slower because of the Watchman," Emily replied, shrugging. "If we didn't have her, we might move quicker."
She sighed, watching the sky for a moment. "Besides, we got a late start thanks to her trying to escape..."

"Robin! We've found her!"
Robin nodded then turned to everyone else at the camp. "Well then lets go get her." Everyone started shouldering their weapons and preparing to leave.

Skylar nodded and checked that her sword was easy to hand, she almost told Emily to be on her guard for the watchmens friends but stopped herself. This was a ranger she was sure that Emily was well aware of the situation and the fact that they would undoubtedly get ambushed at some point along the way.

Much watched impatiently, pacing back and forth and waiting for Robin to give the world to leave. Allan watched and sighed.
"You know," he said, "you'll need as many men as you can if she's guarded."
Much glared at him silently, stopping his pacing.
----------
Sue sighed and tried to look around. "My men will come save me. If you let me go, it'll save lives."
Emily glared at Sue, and, for a moment, stayed silent before saying, "Skylar? Did you hear that? I believe the wind is blowing..."

"You know," he said, "you'll need as many men as you can if she's guarded."
Robin shrugged. "A few archers should take care of the knight and a few others can handle the ranger at close range." Rangers he knew weren't good with close combat they preferred to shoot at their enemies from a far. Of course he had to admit they were a very good shot better than any archers he had ever seen. Those knives of theirs might be a problem to but he chose not to think about it. As long as they took them by surprise they would be just fine.

Emily glared at Sue, and, for a moment, stayed silent before saying, "Skylar? Did you hear that? I believe the wind is blowing..."
Skylar herself shrugged. "I didn't hear anything." She was getting sick and tired of Sue and she hoped they were going to get rid of her soon.

"Unless the Ranger's a good fighter," Alan said. "You seem to forget how good of archers they are."
Much kept glaring at him. "Can we kill him yet?"
-----
"They'll be here soon, you know. Then we'll slip away, like we always do." Sue said, grinning.
"Don't be so sure."

Much kept glaring at him. "Can we kill him yet?"
"No I haven't forgotten, no Much you can't kill him he may prove useful yet. Come on lets go free Sue." With that he strode off into the woods soon disapearing from view. The woods were rather quiet as if the whole forest itself was holding its breath for the battle that was sure to come.

"Don't be so sure."
"Yes don't get to cocky your still face down on my saddle. I could still snap your neck as if it were a twig." Skylar said menacingly in Sues ear. She glanced at her surroundings again there was a certain tension in the air that she didn't like.

Much glared at Alan again for a moment, before following Robin into the forest. Alan sighed dramatically. "C'mon, lads! Let me go! I want to help!"

"Yes don't get to cocky your still face down on my saddle. I could still snap your neck as if it were a twig."
Sue gulped quietly and went silent. Emily was glancing around the troops, making sure they hadn't stopped scanning their surroundings. This thief was part of a gang, and the Ranger didn't feel like getting ambushed today.
"I'm not sure if you can feel it, Skylar, but the air just got really tense." She said quietly.

"I'm not sure if you can feel it, Skylar, but the air just got really tense." She said quietly.
"Skylar nodded and smiled grimly. Oh yes I feel it all right. I feel it and I don't like it. Not one bit." Skylar indeed have a very bad feeling that at any moment they were about to be ambushed. She hated that feeling, it was the unknowing of when it would happen rather than the battle itself that was bothering her. She drew her sword and waited for the inevitable battle come. She only hoped she didn't get to damaged. Being in the infirmary was not how she wanted to spend her time.

Emily copied Skylar's move with her bow, nocking an arrow, and watching the forest carefully.
"We need to call a halt," she muttered to Skylar. "We need to get prepared for something to happen."
"I warned you!" Sue said, smirking. "I so warned you!"
"Shut up!"
******
Much walked over to Robin quietly. "Looks like we're going to have a fight..."

"I warned you!" Sue said, smirking. "I so warned you!"
"You wish! You didn't warn anybody you merely gloated over the fact. We already knew that getting you there would come to a fight. But I think you deserve a little PAIN!" sick and tired of Sue's words and manner she took her sword and sliced the bandits cheek. She got off her horse and hauled Sue off as well then sliced her leg to. She held the other girl upright and shouted into the trees. "I KNOW YOU ARE THERE! COME OUT AND FIGHT OR ARE YOU TO CHICKEN TO KILL SOMEONE WHO WILL FIGHT BACK?!" As always Skylar had no knack for subtlety.
-----------------------------
"We need to do something now before that warrior girl kills Sue! I think Sue killed some of her friends this could be bad!"

Emily swung down from her own saddle, replacing the arrow back in its quiver, and dropping her bow. "Sky, enough!" She yelled, glaring at the warrior, wondering what had gotten into her. "I don't want her hurt--no matter who she is!" She added in a stern voice. "She can tell us where her men are..."

Much nodded, his hand gripping the sword at his belt. "Whenever you're ready."

Skylar glared at Emily. "No she won't. She deserves to die and suffer the consequences of her actions. King Duncan has worked hard to make this land fair for everyone! She's a misguided being with a weapon! She nearly killed Lady Olivia have you forgotten that? Or the fact that she has killed over 20 guards? With families?!" she raised her sword so angry that she was about to kill Sue when and arrow shot out of no where and struck her arm. She let go of Sue and took a step back, another arrow pierced her leg she dropped her sword and fell backward to the ground with a cry of pain.
---------------------------------
"Go get Sue I'll cover you if the ranger gets any ideas."

Emily swung in the direction the arrow came from, wishing she hadn't dropped her bow. Her saxe knife jumped to her hand. "Come out! Now!" She yelled, looking around.
Sue looked around at what she could see. "Robin!"

Some of the gang came while Emily was distracted Robin put his bow on her. "Don't move ranger or I will shoot you." They picked up Sue from where she lay and dragged her back into the forest. Skylar made a feeble attempt to stop them but couldn't. She passed out and lay there limp on the ground two arrows stuck out of her like she was a pin cushion. "I'd attend to your friend if I were you. We wouldn't want her to die now would we?" he laughed and slowly backed up then he to faded into the forest.
